Hi, I'm Gemma Pearce. I was born in the Isles of Scilly and have grown up here all of my life. For a long time I have wanted to be a professional artist and having secured a property with a studio attached in 2019, I've taken the plunge and gave up my office job to start my own art studio in 2020. Drawing inspiration form the flora and fauna of these beautiful Isles, including what the Atlantic Ocean hides beneath the waves. Creating detailed modern monochrome pieces of art through the technique of stippling - creating an image from hundreds and thousands of dots.
