Hello, we are Graham & Ruth Eggins and we moved to Bryher with our young family in 2015 to run the beautiful Hillside Farm. As well as producing super fresh, nature friendly farmed fruit and vegetables and 100% grass fed beef, all sold from the farm honesty stall, we started our exciting new business, Scilly Chilli in 2021.
We now have 1000 plants of varying degrees of heat and flavour all grown in our polytunnels and create a range of tasty chilli inspired products, hand crafted at the farm in our chilli kitchen
