Included in this bundle is a bottle of our very popular Peri-Peri sauce, made with a mixture of red and golden cayenne, Thai and Apache chillies which are hand picked here on Bryher before being chopped and blended into a sauce that is full of flavour with a medium to hot heat.  A 125g bag of Scilly Chilli fudge, a traditional vanilla fudge made using Scillonian cream and milk with a tasty hint of our Scilly Chilli powder, made for us exclusively by Veronica Farm Fudge, Bryher.  A jar of our very popular Sweet Chilli Jam, made with chillies lovingly grown under the Scilly sunshine, perfect with cold meats, cheeses or salads.
